N.E. Brigand
True. No one has ever counted in a show before. Apart from drum majors, was Bluecoats 1996 the first time that happened?
xandandl
Hopkins mentioned in the volunteer webinar, that the Cadets would be going to the West Coast next year. since those shows normally are early season shows, they likely start out on the west coast. Actually, to the poster to whom you responded, DCI World Class mgrs. already discussed the 2016 tour at a previous mgrs. meeting. They are always a few years ahead. Although GH said the first sentence of your statement, the second is filled with insinuation. Boston did have their Spring Training on the West Coast the year Boston toured Cali. But the Cadets could still have ST in Ada, Ohio and then fly/drive to Calif to begin their tour and head back toward the Atlantic. This is probably what they are doing as GH posted he had signed the 3 year deal.
seen-it-all
Apart from drum majors, was Bluecoats 1996 the first time that happened? Ahh, the famous countdown to New Year's......which I first saw on the field from the 1985 Bayonne Bridgemen and their Christmas in July show. TEH BLOO COATZ STOLL ITT!!!! Lincoln
If counting to 10 is required for the pre-show, Cadets should use Siri's voice for the count-up. Instant recognition!
garfield
I think the power of 3.14 would be better. This statement is as ridiculous as the ones made in the past about Crown's "ripping off" every other corps shows. z&g. YES! The power of Pi! I like Pie. garfield
Season must really be getting closer. Schedule for today includes the evening session on "Uniform Etiquette." The next listing after that is 2 hours later! (Usually for this the rookies are prompted to have loads of questions.) Forecast for today is 80 per cent humidity. (Ugh!) In Ohio we call that "normal". Wait 5 minutes.

I'm not sure -- they started out I think in Texas in 2011 and headed west promptly. They COULD still do spring training in OH and start heading west a couple days early, with no shows until they reach CA/OR/WA.

They did their preview show and then progressively moved towards Arizona for their first show. They stopped in Arkansas and New Mexico on the way there. blakman7
Is Gabe or anyone else going to make a video of the last Periscope stream for those who don't have that app?
