At first I thought that it would have some sort of mechanical effect where holes drilled into the tree will sprout leaves but that's probably too expensive and complicated. At the end, I thinkg the are going to light the tree with LEDs, Hopefully they are really bright and strong so it really stands out. Or Perhaps they can do even more with the LEDs and make them color changing as the show progresses from springtime colors for spring, a golden glow for summer, orange and red for fall, then blue and white for winter.
