jeffmolnar
They should just call their show “The Bluecoats” every year and cover a different band. Scores would probably tank because no fun allowed, but #### it would be cool. 2
PamahoNow
I'd keep them in the 60s with Beach Boys "Pet Sounds".

brassboy
As old school as it might be, I would love them to do Earth, Wind, and Fire. In particular, I’d love to hear “Fantasy,” “Shining Star,” “Getaway,” and “Serpentine Fire.” 1

Foxtrot, Traveling Without Moving and Back to Black are all killer records. I’ve heard Doug arrange Muse for my band down here in TX and let’s just say that it was a beautiful, beautiful thing that resulted in a 4A beating quite a few 5 and 6A groups. Great to know. :) And yes, great albums. Do you have a video link of your group?

Doug also did Radiohead’s Paranoid Android and Exit Music before Muse’s Madness kicks in for the closer.
Poppycock
I would love to see a salute to Motown. The Motown Sound that changed America. Imagine the music of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Martha and the Vandellas, Diana Ross and The Supremes, The Temptations and Smokey Robinson, not to mention Rick James, Jr. Walker And The The All Stars, Gladys Knight And The Pips, and the Four Tops. Next year "The Bluecoats: Encore" which will feature a almost completely original show except for instead of having a brief preshow- they will have a post show and while the percussion and guard tear down the hornline will sneak in front of the field and blast "The Boxer"..."I am leaving but the fighter still remains" That piece should have been the closer in 08 anyway.
