ANYONE KNOW WHY DENISE BONFIGLIO FIRED TOM AUNGST?

Recommended Posts

Drum Corps Action Comic dailogue:

"Something may or may not have happened."

"What?"

"We don't know, but it's bad."

"How do you know that?"

"Look at the people who are possibly involved."

"Guess that confirms it. Better get out the torches and pitchforks tonight and march across the George Washington Bridge!"

thats the rumor

Wouldn’t you think there would be some sort of formal announcement from the organization?

That would be THE RIGHT APPROACH.... I am not sure if they know the right approach...

TA decided to speak to a couple of friends that leaked the information then he let the 2023 performers know the situation and it got out of hand on the internet

Her ego is the problem. It was the same problem Denise had when SCV named a new Director and it was not her! Her own family had issues with the way she controlled the 27th Lancer Foundation. History Repeating!

I thought people were excited at the fact that she took over Cadets. Now she makes a decision like this and people are up in arms. Kinda wish someone would explain what happened so we understand the situation.

do YOU?

There are plenty of healthy nonprofits to model after and professionals with the skills to help. The community here doesn't have to have the solutions, not that these corps have the humility to listen anyway. The organizations, themselves, need internal buyin to key healthy approaches that will pull them out of the twentieth century and into practices that will actually help them cultivate healthy recruiting and retention of members and staff. It's not rocket science. It's done all day every day all over the world.

Unfortunately, bad practices are too and they can be exceedingly difficult to repair. Especially if you keep trying the same tired approaches.
