Holy Resurrected Post, Batman!

Thank you for your service. I didn't know. This is my take as well, as someone who wanted to join the military but whose family laughed when I brought it up. They were right. Super special summer band was tough enough for me anyway apparently. It's also part of why I listen to the military intelligence alumni (plural) that I do. I'm practically a butterfly by comparison. Also, I never fed the military metaphors in this predicament. At best I pointed out that the alum naysayers were friendly-firing this whole time and I have the wounds to prove it. And receipts. Respectfully to all involved, likening this to warfare cheapens the whole thing, at least as far as I'm involved. Am close to a Nam combat vet. What we're going through pales in comparison and he doesn't have to say a word about what he endured.

interesting interview. honestly the business acumen is what we need, and not him getting knee deep in rules etc.

Yeah I’d contact a lawyer at the least. As for DCP when Spirit took a year off some of their alumni went after the victim on corps FB page. One of them took it to DCP and was banned within a few hours. I don’t go to DCI shows but would be glad to meet you in person also

Sorry to all others reading here, feel free to ignore. Apparently my alum stalker reads everything I post here and responds menacingly under the old SVVoice article, referring to me by actual name. They are obviously afraid to respond here or other platforms because they know others will come to my defense. I have a strong sense of who they are and haven't yet gone to the authorities. Both the CEO and alum officers were made aware of this days ago though. They continue to do nothing, likely because they don't know what to do and this person is still hiding behind anonymity. I'm asking you now to stop and leave me alone or I will go to the authorities. I'm trying to pull away from my activity here and elsewhere and failing to do so, in part, because I'm still being attacked. They are actively victim blaming and gaslighting. Still. Just as they did when they were on this platform months ago. Leave me alone.

The nuance of my post was that friendly fire comes from a distance; poop from much closer. They are making their own situation worse. And those who share the foxhole will only put up with so much. And chronic pain sucks. Neurostimulator helps a lot with some, but I’m still looking at a shoulder replacement.

I wasnt there in 2008 when Phantom Regiment pulled off the BD upset on Finals Night, but those that were there tell me their performance, then the score read ,was electrifying.

Well the band part ain’t messing things up, it’s the freaking money and “any group I was in NEVER did anything wrong” ego mindset.

... aside from friendly-fire, yes. I noted the friendly-fire 20 years ago. Apparently some DCPers here did too. So I defiantly put down the stupid prop scimitar at the end of 04 for a ####### reason, such that it's now sealed in film in perpetuity whether Vanguard likes it or not. I witnessed it and endured it as a kid and now again, as a professional who can call the red flags as I see them, with nationally-recognized backup resources. By all accounts from young alum I've spoken to, it never really stopped. And here we are.

So far, no bullets have been fired.

Yesterday was a very big day for me. It was a “Feathers Up” kind of day. The results of the Audit Opinion ended up being the foundation of support of my efforts by way of CPA Professional Opinion that doesn’t disagree with me. They got to see the inside deal, and cannot disagree with me. Additionally, I found something else out, and will be reaching out to my own city Police to tie up lose ends with the cyber harassment going against me. It is annoying, but it has been steeling my resolve. I am sadden such actions were effective against other alumni. I thrive on it. I hope my local PD will be able to connect with law enforcement in San Diego. Folks forget (look on linkedin) I’m a former Military Intelligence Analyst before I commissioned as an Army Officer. So my take on this whole thing about the cyber stuff is “OK, let’s go”. *********** Things are always worse than I think they are because I am only making an assessment on limited information. For example, if we compare what was known and communicated by SCV back in September 2022 we didn’t have the audit. We didn’t know they were delinquent since 2020. NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the 2021 audit was completed on time then that would have been available for public consumption at the time 2023 termination of the corps. So in addition to the narrative being barfed out by the Board and CEO (remember, the President then is the current CFO, and the treasurer then is the now President) about not being able to manage expenses, there would have been an opportunity to point out that 70% of the financial performance is a failure of Bingo, not expenses. In addition to the CPA’s opinion saying that Bingo revenue and expenses cannot be verified (along with the entire balance sheet) That’s what was behind all the words from the Board and SCV leadership during the termination of the Corps. Whatever nonsense financial analysis was being used at the time that pitched SCV into the ground those numbers cannot be verified. *********** The more desperate a situation gets the louder the screams become. They are getting louder on an individual basis, but I think the numbers are dwindling. Among the people that hate me, even some of them can add 2+2. I don’t expect converts, but they seem to be clearing out of the kill zone (relative to the nonsense pushed my way this time last year). ********** I often wondered what was causing leadership to hang on so desperately to power despite overwhelmingly evidence against them. I figured there had to be some sort of personal benefit going on here that the cost of walking away and letting others see behind the curtain was a greater risk than the continuation of the status quo. Now I get it. I found that motivation. I found MILLION$ of them. I’ve now put names behind those motivations, times of those actions, and financial losses of those combinations. The internet is my decompression venue. Law enforcement is my audience. ********** Holy Cow………. I had no expectation a CPA opinion would be given like that. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have expected at the very least SCV to throw all sorts of resources at the issue in order to correct and appease the CPA’s issues. They didn’t. They had since April 2023 when delinquency was made public. The Board President is a CPA, and the CFO is a full time CFO in San Francisco. They would have been better off not doing the audit at all. Certainly, the CPA audit can be applied to a multimillion dollar criminal complaint regarding the unexplained losses in bingo as literally reported on the 990s. Federal COVID grants and loans were also need to cover those Bingo Losses. ********** The actions of all last year of the harassment are evidence now. We can go on and on about groups just don’t like each other and it’s just throwing internet mud at each other. However, I don’t claim that anymore. I claim the MILLION$ as motivation on SCV’s leadership to string a message of disinformation. I got it too as much as Ghost, I just really don’t care. It does end up being useful. See………. I love data, it’s a function of my profession over the decades. One never knows when it will be useful, or which questions asked in the future can be answered by data from the past that doesn’t seem relevant at the time. One group says I want to take over SCV. I say they are responsible for stealing millions, covering it up, or at best simply ignoring the warning signs despite their professional credentials, training, and experience. Like I said, yesterday was a Feathers Up day for me. I put my money where my mouth is. My audience has changed now. ********** I’m in an astronomically stronger position than I was last year. Ironically, there’s actually less for me to do now. There’s no more data I can get (till 2023 data comes out), there are no more claims I can make (for now). The CPA Opinion was merely the GO COMMAND!!!!!!!!!!!! I was able to take off my Tinfoil Aussie, I put it on the CPA Auditors and all they could say is: I like how this fits. ********* There is the possibility that 2023 shows everything was fixed behind closed doors, and SCV kept a lid on it the whole time. However, the audit indicated nothing was being done in regard to 2021 and 2022. So for that logic path to work then SCV would have knowingly let 2021-22 burn at the cost of trying to right 2023. I’m betting they didn’t do either, and 2023 indicates similar losses in Bingo.

7 weeks after this was posted on DCP, Tom Brady went down to a knee injury in the opening game of the season for New England, had surgery and was out for the rest of the season. Patriots were coming off a 19-1 season in 2007 . Some noted NFL TV football analysts opined at the time that Brady's injury was serious enough to likely end his career . (But Brady came back in 2009, played 14 more seasons, won 4 more Super Bowls, and was the NFL's MVP 3 more times ) 2008 was also the season that Phantom Regiment came on strong a few weeks after this DCP post, and caught the Blue Devils on Finals Night to win themselves a DCI Title .

The best part was it was resurrected for a commentary on Pioneer (RIP).

They will probably open up on nights they operate in Santa Clara too (thus cannibalizing their own revenues at the cost of added occupancy expenses).
